A melting pot of cultures and different social classes, a dimension where exchange and encounter represent elements of richness, a special place where an illustrious guest such as a prince can meet and fall in love with a maid, acknowledging the true beauty hiding behind a dirty apron. The father Don Magnifico, now penniless after spending every dime of Cenerentola’s inheritance to satisfy her whimsical sisters, transforms his palace into a Grand Hotel hoping to replenish his pockets. He decides to be the concierge and obliges Cenerentola to wear a maid’s uniform, turning her into his slave and allowing his daughters Clorinda and Tisbe to live an eternal holiday, served by Cenerentola. One day, the unexpected visit of a special guest changes the destiny of Cenerentola: the prince Ramiro, together with his servant Dandini, chooses the famous garden ‘Giardino delle delizie’ of the Grand Hotel to throw a great ball and marry the girl with the purest heart of all. The bounty of Cenerentola will win the heart of the prince with help of Alidoro, the ‘pony express of dreams’ rushing across the whole realm to make the wishes of kind-hearted people come true.
