Franco Vassallo is one of the most requested italian baritones and he regularly works in important Italian and international theatres. During the last opera seasons, among his engagements, he made his debut at Opéra de Paris with a new production of Rigoletto and as Ford in Falstaff.  Other recent roles are: Don Carlo di Vargas in a new production of La forza del destino in Amsterdam, Jago in Otello, Don Alfonso in Lucrezia Borgia in Munich, Don Carlo in Ernani  and Rigoletto at Oper Frankfurt, Conte de Luna in Le Trouvère at Festival Verdi of Parma, Nabucco st Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and at Opera in Riga.
