He started singing with his father Vincenzo and then with mezzo Biancamaria Casoni. In 2009 he won and attended a master to make his debut as Colline in La Bohéme; in the same year he was the only bass in the finals at the AsLiCo’s contest for the role of Colline. He is also very active in the sacred music and on the concert platform. He has worked with important conductors amd directors. Among his roles it is possible to remember: La Traviata in Hong Kong with Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Madama Butterfly at La Scala in Milan for the opening of the season, I masnadieri conducted by Roberto Abbado and many others.
