Born in Reggio Emilia, Martina Belli was awarded a First Class Honours Master’s Degree at Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome and she won the second prize at the 2014 Etta Limiti Competition. She appeared in prestigious Festival and Theatres, including Teatro alla Scala di Milano, Citè de la Musique in Paris, Wiener Konzerthaus, Royal Opera House in London under important conductors as Roberto Abbado, Daniele Rustioni, Antonio Pappano, Daniel Oren. Among her recent debuts Carmen, L’Italiana in Algeri in Turin Teatro Regio, Maddalena in Rigoletto, Massimo Palermo and Macerata Festival, Smeton in Anna Bolena at Teatro dell’Opera di Roma.
