TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL INFORMATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale have as their object the purchase of products made remotely via a computer network on the website www.teatroregioparma.it. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 185/99, Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/05; information aimed at the conclusion of the contract will be subject to art. 12 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 70/03 and, with regard to the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 and DGPR 2016/679.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The contracts for the sale of products on the website www.teatroregioparma.it are considered concluded when the purchase order placed by the Customer with Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma is received and the latter accepts it. Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma will promptly send the Customer receipt of the purchase order made by the Customer. The Customer, by sending his purchase order electronically, declares that he has read and accepted these general terms and conditions and undertakes to observe and respect them in his relations with Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma.
TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03 and DGPR 2016/679 informs that the personal and fiscal data acquired with reference to commercial relations established, provided directly by the parties concerned, or otherwise acquired in the course of the company’s activities, will be processed in compliance with the above mentioned law, including the confidentiality obligations provided for by the latter. In relation to the above mentioned data, the rights pursuant to article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 may be exercised.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is obliged, before submitting his purchase order, to read these General Conditions of Sale carefully. The submission of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance.
ORDER DEFINITION
By sending the order on-line, the Customer sends Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma a proposal for the purchase of the product and/or the products in the shopping cart. When the Customer places an order online for the products he has placed in the shopping cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale. Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma will inform the Customer of the acceptance and confirmation of the order. In particular, Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma will not accept orders: if the material is not in stock at the time of the order and/or if the Customer cannot or does not want to pay using the credit card system.
PURCHASE METHOD
The Customer buys the product, whose characteristics are illustrated online in the relevant descriptive and technical data sheets, at the price indicated therein plus delivery costs as specified on the website. Before
submitting the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in case of purchase of more than one product and the related delivery costs are summarized. Once the purchase order has been sent, the Customer will receive an e-mail from Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information on the main characteristics of the goods purchased, the detailed indication of the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes, means of payment and containing a reference to the general terms and conditions of the contract and information on the existence of the right of withdrawal, the conditions and methods of its exercise displayed on the website.
PAYMENT
The Customer may only make payment by credit card.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The purchased goods are delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer when ordering online. Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma guarantees despatch of the goods within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of receipt of confirmation of the transaction. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time at the address specified in the order; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender.
GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The products purchased on www.teatroregioparma.it are subject to the regulations on the sale of consumer goods. The products delivered comply with the characteristics illustrated online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets. Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma is responsible to the Customer for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery of the goods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the Customer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods. The Customer has the right of withdrawal in relation to any goods purchased by him/her on the website www.teatroregioparma.it.

For anything not expressly provided for in this contract, the provisions of Italian law in force shall apply.
